Start a warranty claim.
If your registered VOIR film shows a manufacturing defect, file here within 30 days of first noticing it. The vehicle owner or the installing shop can file. VOIR acknowledges every claim within two business days.
Grab your card or confirmation email
You need the VIN plus the VOIR order number and batch number from your warranty card.
Photograph the issue
At least two photos: one close-up of the defect and one showing the full affected panel. Phone photos are fine.
Submit and hear back
You get a claim number instantly and an acknowledgment within two business days. VOIR may ask for more photos or an inspection before deciding.
What is covered: confirmed manufacturing defects in the film: yellowing, cracking, blistering, delamination, and adhesive failure. Rock chips, scratches, water spots and impact damage are not defects, they are the film doing its job. Approved claims receive replacement film material for the affected area. Labor is not covered.
