A 720S does not need a wrap. It needs protection that happens to change the color.
This bespoke McLaren 720S came through Tailored Auto Styling in Tempe, Arizona, finished in VOIR Atelier satin black color PPF, alongside a custom interior, carbon aero package, 1 of 1 forged wheels, and a race exhaust. The satin black is the part you see first. What matters is that it is a paint protection film, not vinyl.
What a 720S actually needs covered
A 720S is a hard car to protect and an expensive one to get wrong. The nose sits low, the front splitter is right in the path of everything the road throws up, and the big front intakes funnel debris straight at the bodywork. Add curved fenders and dihedral doors and you have a car that is difficult to cover cleanly and unforgiving of a sloppy install.
At minimum, a 720S wants full front coverage: bumper, splitter, full hood, front fenders, mirrors, and the leading edge of the roof. Anything less and the first canyon run puts chips exactly where they are most visible. Full body coverage is the answer if you want the car to stay flawless.
Why color PPF instead of a wrap
On a car at this level, a vinyl wrap gives you the color and nothing else. It does not protect the paint underneath in any meaningful way, and it does not heal.

It is a true paint protection film that happens to be pigmented, so this 720S got the satin black finish and full rock chip, road debris, and UV protection in a single application. The film is self healing, ceramic infused, and backed by a 10 year warranty when it is professionally installed.
The factory paint stays untouched underneath. Peel the film years later and the car is original.
If you want a different look
Satin black is one option. If you want to keep the factory color and just protect it, Lumière clear gloss is the answer. If you want the paint color you have with a matte finish over it, Spectre matte does that. Same protection in all three. The only difference is what you want the car to look like when it is done.
